FOOD ORDER PROCESS

Step 1: ORDER

  • Add your favourite food items to your shopping cart.

  • Enter any dietary requirements/special requests

  • Make payment.

Step 2: CONFIRMATION & PREPARATION

  • You receive an email confirmation of your order being accepted; with your proposed delivery date.

  • Your foods are then specially prepared in our 5 star Food Safety Rated Kitchen here in Newport South Wales.

  • We only use the finest ingredients sourced locally, as well as from Nigeria to ensure our promised authentic taste.

  • Your foods are then frozen for a minimum of 24 hours ready for dispatch

Step 3: DISPATCH & DELIVERY

  • Your order is then dispatched using DHL Express 24 hour courier service delivery.

  • Foods are dispatched between Tuesday-Thursdays every week.

  • You will receive your delivery confirmation with shipment details once the foods are in transit.

  • We require a minimum of 24-48 hours notice for Local delivery orders, which will attract a small delivery free

Step 4: HEAT & EAT

  • Simply follow the reheating instructions attached to your order and enjoy your meals.

  • Storage information will also be attached.

Ordering

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our menu, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Complete the payment process, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Do you take pre-orders?

Yes, you can place your order in advance by selecting your preferred delivery or collection date during checkout.

We don’t want to limit your choices, so there’s no general minimum order quantity. However, certain promotions or special offers may come with a minimum order requirement, which will be clearly stated when applicable..

What meat options come with your soups?

All our soup items include the standard meat options of beef, goat meat, offals, and cowleg. Additional meat options or preferences can be arranged—just let us know during the ordering process.

Are your meals freshly prepared?

Yes, all our meals are freshly prepared daily using high-quality ingredients.

Do you cater to dietary restrictions or allergies?

We do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions. However, as our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, and other allergens, we cannot guarantee allergen-free meals. Please inform us of any dietary requirements when placing your order.

Where do you deliver?

How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery fees vary based on your location and will be calculated during checkout.

What happens if I miss my delivery??

If you miss your delivery due to incorrect details or unavailability, please contact us at 07557676101. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?

Yes, orders can be collected from NP10 8ES. Select the “Collection” option at checkout and arrive at your chosen time.

We accept all Mastercards Visa, credit cards and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.

No, all orders must be paid for in advance during checkout.

Refunds and Returns

Refunds are only available for non-perishable items returned within 14 days, as per our Return Policy. Perishable items cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.
