Hello, I’m Tolulope Adams, the proud owner and founder of Ibile Foods UK. What began as a passion for cooking and creating delicious meals for family and friends has grown into a thriving business, bringing authentic Nigerian flavors to hundreds of satisfied customers across the UK.

Our journey started in 2012 with Scrumptious Bites by TL, a small side hustle born out of my love for cooking. In 2021, we rebranded and officially launched as Ibile Foods UK, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter.

At Ibile Foods UK, our mission is to serve delicious, authentically Nigerian dishes that offer a true taste of home—even when you’re miles away. In 2024, we expanded from being a catering service to opening our first African Caribbean grocery store, right in the heart of Newport, South Wales. This new venture allows us to bring even more of our culture and heritage to the community.
